Well I think the title says it all! We are sick, well Makenna and I are. Makenna has had a throat infection since Saturday but is doing a lot better now thanks to the meds!! I have just had a bad head cold and sore throat. So it has meant a lot of sleepless nights, tylenol and a good book to help me get through this. Shall I say I love "Twilight" a book by Stephaine Meyer , I'm SOOO addicted to it. I know tons have already read it but I just finished the 1st book and I can't wait to go out and get the next it is the BEST!
All you moms out there know how how fun that is taking care of a sick little one when you are just as sick!!
The best part of having a sick little one is cuddles and loves!! Makenna is always such a busy little thing that she never has time to sit and just cuddle. So Makeena and I have spent hours of rocking back and forth reading books and singing songs.
I just cherish every moment I spend with her. She is the sweetest thing ever!! Every time she leaves the room she turns and blows us kisses and say's "bye". LOL she makes us laugh everyday... never a dull moment at our house.
Makenna just found her 1st pet! We were outside playing a couple of days ago and she started stomping and saying "oooooh"! I ran over and she was chasing a little frog, well she was trying to stomp on it, our little tom-girl. So I caught it and we made a little home for it. She loved watching it hop around and she insisted that she sit right beside it ALL of the time. Well it was the highlight for the whole day until the next morning we went to go and check on it and sure enough it had escaped! Makenna was so confused, she just kept pointing inside the little frog house and shaking her head saying "where, where, where" LOL it was so cute but how do you explain to a little child that it is ALL GONE? She still looks for it every time we go outside, maybe it will come back to see us?

well hope you start feeling better!!! Thats so funny about the frog and she tried to stomp on it!!! I think I'm going to have to read Twillight!!! I hope it's as good as everyone says!!!
I can definitely feel your pain girl. I have not been feeling well at all and Macy's got a nasty cold and cutting a moler. I hope you guys are on the mend soon!
